At Opal & Aura, we take pride in the quality of every piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, certain items such as earrings or personalized/custom pieces may not be eligible for return unless defective.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank/provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received

If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
